Biography
My legal practice focuses on commercial real estate. I have extensive experience in a wide range of matters including representation of landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail leases, subleases, work letters, work out situations and brokerage agreements, and representation of buyers and sellers of commercial properties, including negotiating and drafting acquisition and sale agreements, financing documentation and construction contracts, managing due diligence review, and reviewing title insurance matters. I have represented private real estate investors, commercial, industrial and retail landlords as well as public and private companies as tenants of commercial, industrial, R&D and retail space.
When I'm not working you’ll find me enjoying time with my family and friends or volunteering time at our school or parish.
