I am a civil litigation attorney working primarily with property managers, investment companies, and individual property owners assisting them with their legal needs affecting their real estate investment portfolios
I began practicing law with two boutique landlord-tenant law firm in San Jose, CA . I have worked as both a litigator in private practice and a mediator with the City of San Jose.
Currently I practice as a trial attorney at Kimball, Tirey, & St. John, where I litigate landlord-tenant matters and try unlawful detainer cases in Superior Court for most counties in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. I spend a majority of my time in the courtroom advocating for our clients' bests interests to gain favorable results and have a proven track record of success.
Outside of law, I enjoy spending time reading, travelling, and being active.
