I had the pleasure of working with Julie Wann on my LLC. I had filed a statement of information and created an LLC with guidance from internet resources. When I hired Julie to create an operating agreement, she discovered the statement of information was incorrectly filed. She quickly amended th...e document for me. Julie also created and recorded the necessary documents to transfer my property from my trust into the LLC. I thought I had the proper documents in place but Julie did some research and found that I didn’t. She even prepared a couple of supporting documents free of charge to be sure it was filled out correctly. My title company would not issue a supplemental policy for my LLC since I had a quick claim deed, not a grant deed. After creating and recording the needed grant deed, Julie called her own contact, someone from another branch of the same title company. They issued the title insurance at minimal charge. Julie is a pro! I appreciated her knowledge, which she distilled into laymen’s terms for me, and her responsiveness. I’m so grateful to Julie for going out of her way to ensure I had the proper documents in place. Thank you Julie for all your help!
