When I was interviewing attorneys to help me with my very nasty divorce, Dennis was recommended to my by another attorney who had worked with him on her own divorce. I'm very grateful to her for that! Dennis walks the high road and I appreciate that. The high road isn't the easy one, for sure, and he... was tough on me along the way to provide disclosure, keep court appointments and timelines, and follow his instructions even when I didn't understand them. There were moments in the process that I felt completely hopeless and he assured me in a professional manner to keep to the process and do what *I* was supposed to do so he could do what he was supposed to do and then we'll get through the next step. The outcome for me was SO much better than I could have hoped for! Better support, for a longer period of time, and a responsive attorney I can call for guidance when I need it. I was able to closely observe what a not-so-good attorney looks like during this process. My ex hired a very unprofessional one. She ignored timelines, played games with disclosure, didn't respond to phone calls, made numerous mistakes that revealed that she didn't even read documents, failed to file a response and generally displayed unprofessional behavior all along the way. Dennis pointed out her mistakes and failings without being nasty. It had to be hard for him to work with that, but he managed to get it done in spite of having to deal with her lack of ethics, experience or professionalism. I continue to recommended him to my friends and clients.

Mr. Del Ponte understood a very complex case and became familiar with all of the facts. Based on that he was able to guide me throughout with the options, the risks, and potential litigation outcomes. He was realistic and carefully analyzed each option for me.
