Todd Kamber Davis

Todd has been my lawyer for many years and has been exceptional in his handling of any issue I have had over that time period. In fact, he was so successful recently in a legal matter I had with an individual that this person has continually written negative reviews on different websites (and has be...en very forthcoming with his intention to do so). Here is my response from one of the other review sites and it is appropriate here as well: I hired Todd Davis to handle an issue I had with somebody who wrote slanderous and defaming yelp reviews about my business on three different occasions. One of the concerns Todd had regarding my situation was the possibility that this person would write poor reviews about Todd and his firm (something that had never happened since Yelp's inception). As my situation was being handled perfectly by Todd, two very vague and poor reviews now appeared for Todd and his firm. These reviews are a direct response to his effectiveness with handling my situation.

Normally I do not write reviews but in the interest of others who may be looking for a defense attorney I thought it would be helpful to share my experience with this attorney. I Went to Mr. Davis for DUI defense. The case was unique in that I was not pulled over while driving but was walking down th...e side of the road. I wont get into all the details of my case but the bottom line is Mr. Davis seemed to not listen to me at all and missed several pieces of key evidence to the case over and over again even though I repeatedly pointed them out. Then when he finally did listen to me about the evidence he belittled me for not telling him about them before even though I had and even emailed copy's several months prior! I ended up no better off had I simply plead guilty to the charges from day one without a lawyer. In my DUI classes subsequent to my conviction my fellow DUI'ers were amazed that I received such consequences while they with much more serious circumstances received lighter sentences than me simple because they hired a competent attorney. It was a horrible experience. I felt cheated and feel stupid I did not find other counsel to represent me which is why i write this today so that maybe someone else will not make the same mistake I did and hire this incompetent attorney.
