Sterling Harwood Phd., is a Law Professor and an excellent Real Estate Litigation Attorney! He is also a hero to me and my family. I was evicted after foreclosure and Sterling saw how I had been the victim of fraud by the banks and agreed to take my case. He filed a Quiet Title Action for me to get m...y house back, which is still pending but a default was entered. Then he appealed my eviction and all three appellate court judges agreed on 9 legal issues that the trial judge made in error. Any one of those mistakes would have won the appeal!
