Much of my practice is devoted to Conservatorship law. Conservatorships are most typical where elderly adults can no longer care for themselves either financially or personally, and need another person to become their surogate decision maker. This is typically a last resort that takes place after exploring less instrusive means to care for the adult in need. I am also on the Superior Court's attorney panel from which I am privleged to accept appointments representing those in need.

I am experienced in Trust administration and litigation.

Many probate and trust matters involve the necessity of litigation. I have experience in litigation and also have a network of attorneys who have sub-specialties in related matters with whome I associate when necassary.

I am experienced in the probate process, as well as contested probates and Will contests.
