Caroline Nasseri was an awful attorney. She would never answer or return my calls unless she needed something from me. She refused to send me the checks from my insurance company and told me that I had to call the hospital and make them bill my medical insurance if I didnt want it to go to collection...s. Then she made me go through the hassle of figuring out how to get copies of my medical records and billing statements so she wouldnt have to do it and so they wouldnt know I had an attorney. When I tried to ask her who/where to go and if she could just do it for me, she yelled at me and said nothing will be done until I gave her what she wanted. She asked me once to sign something on my behalf and I later found out that she had forged my name on several legal documents! I am still having to deal with collectors and my credit is ruined because she forgot to mention that I would have to pay back my health insurance. I tried to explain that my attorney said she paid everything or was supposed to but I was told that when they spoke with her she said my case was closed and to call me for the money! I would never recommend her to anyone!
