I recommend Ben for many reasons, he knows the law, he gets the job done and its for a very reasonable price. The public defenders in Santa Clara county have so many cases they don't have time to properly review each and every case. They need to stop arresting people for victim less - non violent crimes and focus on keeping the child molesters and murderers, rapists behind bars.
