Benedict Joseph Koller

I found Benedict the last minute just a couple hours before I almost lost my business. The Landlord tried to evict me without the paper that stated the eviction. I am happy he is a good lawyer, because he managed to keep my business longer. He is not only a good lawyer but he is an affordable one....

Ben Koller, is the best thing anyone could do for them self or for a loved one who is in a situation with the judicial system. This man went above and beyond his obligation as a layer. He is well seasoned, calm, and is extremely reasonable in fees and flexible with his time. I had put him to the test... in many ways, and he passed everyone. I am not a stranger to the whole judicial system and know first hand, the choices of words and language an attorney uses within his society does not have the same meaning as you may think. the words roll fast and the calendar gets pushed back, over and over. But what I do know is Ben Koller words and feet both go in the same direction. I have seen him in the court rooms for a few decades. He has never served the courts as a prosecutor. And for me that was a huge plus. That's my personal preference. Ben Koller is not GOD and did not have anything to do with why we are seeking the process of retaining an attorney. If you should ever find your self in a position where you are in need of legal representation, retain Ben. You will only being helping your situation. I cant sing his praise enough. Or emphasize the magnitude his skill set he possesses. Ben makes it look easy and does it with style and grace. I love this man, he is truly my hero.

I recommend Ben for many reasons, he knows the law, he gets the job done and its for a very reasonable price. I couldn't afford any other attorney and a friend recommended Ben so I called him and set a appointment the same day. I was looking at a year for a probation violation but he got it dismissed.... The public defender the court appointed for me was going to let me go to jail, he wasn't even going to try to get anyone to change their minds. I would still be in jail if it wasn't for Ben. The public defenders in Santa Clara county have so many cases they don't have time to properly review each and every case. They need to stop arresting people for victim less - non violent crimes and focus on keeping the child molesters and murderers, rapists behind bars.
