EG at what age should surviving children have control (complete? partial? supervised?) of their trust funds? First world problem right? Even though on...e's death and the aftermath are very unpleasant topics, it's an act of love to prepare for any and all eventualities and it's a mature person who can really provide for children in case the worst does happen.
