Not only is Ms. Park’s legal practice organized, prompt, courteous etc., but her grasp of the laws and which options would best suit our specific goals for our family trust, was amazing. She answered every question we had and anticipated questions I had not yet asked. She included extra copies of ...certain parts of the trust that we might need to; put on file with our doctor, to give to a title company if we purchase another property, or in case we open a new bank account. Attorney Sujung Park (for whom there is no relation to me) has my highest recommendation. I found her through the ARAG program (a legal insurance program through my company) and selected her because she had the highest number (by far) of excellent reviews. I needed a Revocable Trust, Pour Over Will ...and Advanced Directive--the standard things one needs in Estate Planning. This was my second experience with an estate attorney, my first experience was awful due to the attorney forgetting pertinent details we had discussed, used excessive legalese in explaining things and sending emails with misspellings and typos. By contrast, Attorney Park listened and remembered what I said and then by understanding my concerns, drafted a Trust and Advanced Directive that reflected my wishes and incorporated specific things that I wanted in there. It was completed efficiently with a competent office staff that was friendly and helpful. Her communication skills are excellent, she explained the process and the nuances in a manner understandable by a layperson. Her responses to questions I had along the way were prompt as well and professional. I did not need a bilingual attorney, but my understanding is that she speaks Korean.
