Not only is Ms. Park’s legal practice organized, prompt, courteous etc., but her grasp of the laws and which options would best suit our specific goals for our family trust, was amazing. She answered every question we had and anticipated questions I had not yet asked. She included extra copies of ...certain parts of the trust that we might need to; put on file with our doctor, to give to a title company if we purchase another property, or in case we open a new bank account. Attention to detail was remarkable. She’s gracious and humble. Her staff is excellent too. My wife, who is not easily impressed, was impressed. I can’t remember the last time I experienced service at this high a level. I thought it no longer existed. Because of my work schedule and difficulties I had providing the necessary documents and input for the trust, the process went WAY long. Yet she was always gracious and cheerful. Recently, my wife and I had our estate plan reviewed and revised the third time by Sujung Park. Our first estate plan was drafted in 1993 and the second amendment 2005, Portland, Oregon. Because of the complexities of our estate plan and the enormous amount of cost incurred for the first two plans,... we were reluctant to have it reviewed the third time. Sujung not only made it clear how much it would cost for our plan reviewed from the get-go but also explained the differences between the tax laws of Oregon and California while pointing out many different options dealing with the issues of trustees, beneficiaries, executors, personal will, power of attorney, health directives and etc. She was prompt, courteous and highly efficient in amending our estate plan the third time at a very reasonable cost. Both my wife and I are first-generation Korean Americans, and naturally, we were pleasantly surprised by Sujung's perfect command of Korean.
