Recently, my wife and I had our estate plan reviewed and revised the third time by Sujung Park. Our first estate plan was drafted in 1993 and the second amendment 2005, Portland, Oregon. Because of the complexities of our estate plan and the enormous amount of cost incurred for the first two plans,... we were reluctant to have it reviewed the third time. Sujung not only made it clear how much it would cost for our plan reviewed from the get-go but also explained the differences between the tax laws of Oregon and California while pointing out many different options dealing with the issues of trustees, beneficiaries, executors, personal will, power of attorney, health directives and etc. She was prompt, courteous and highly efficient in amending our estate plan the third time at a very reasonable cost.
