Biography
I am a 41 year lawyer specializing in real estate and business matters. I have been rated AV by Martindale Hubbell for a number of years.
I handle sales and leasing of commerical, industrial, office, warehouse, and apartment properties, as well as all related matters such as easements, land use, and lending. I'm vertically integrated: Because I have a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution, I offer my clients service from acquisition to disposition of real estate, including eviction and other litigated matters.
I teach real estate conveyancing as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University School of Law to upper divisions students, and have also lectured there in leasing classes. I represent a number of major landowners and landlords in the Silicon Valley area, as well as selected tenants.
