I was called into his office for a deposition as he is opposing counsel. For starters it was postmarked exactly eleven days before the day of request to an address he knows I cannot receive mail. Next I receive a txt on a Thursday demanding me to be present on the following Monday, which I knew nothi...ng of to that point. Not to my surprise my son had received the summons that very day sent to my residence where x-wife currently resides she unwilling to complete the division of assets)needless to say his sneaky actions left me no time for counsel. Did not show, then started up with again he demanded next Monday. I arrived to Sir would care for coffee, phony smile. We sit down, within five minutes he turned Mr. Hyde. I laughed at him, then he states we can go outside and handle this like men? I laughed and walked out. Then he tries to act like a street thug I laughed and walked he starts following mouthing off. He starts stalking me, one block then another block finally I slipped him. It was funny at first but then he really lost control of himself, street thug attitude. (Police Report filed not that he is to be feared ) He talked x into filing a civil suit for get this stomping on her and breaking three ribs. On 11/11 I was in the hospital on 11/12 I’m in hospital while my x is is breaking into my hotel room, stole more than you can imagine including my vehicle11/13 ,11/14 In hospital. And on the 11/12 she was loading up two heavy suitcases, duffle bag everything by herself. Did I mention the date they claimed it happened on was 11/14. Just add up the numbers or was it a simple oversight or was it a big mistake? (Who’s on first, what’s second)So if your a cheat and a liar Carlos Martinez is your man! Notice the one star, he works of contingencies, sanctions and folks that don’t get it before it’s to late, so I’m warning you now. Like the way he strategically sends summons to x home. His parents raised him well, let’s not blame it on his parents. You can’t change a leopard’s spots.
