Gopal krishan is a very careless lawyer. He completely botched up my case which could have been handled in a very smooth manner. After getting his fee from me, he started behaving unprofessionally. He doesn't have knowledge about legal matters. He is only interested in making money through cheating h...is clients. Absolute NO when it comes to immigration advise! His wrong infomation first sent us to the wrong US Consulate in the wrong city. Oooops! Strike one. For an E2 Visa, he stated business shareholder percentage should be 49pct. According to US website its 51pct. So strike two-Naturally I was declined du...e to ill advise. By this firm. I recently had a few questions about F-1 visa and paid for a phone consultation. His knowledge was very limited and I had to explain a lot of the procedure, after which none of my queries were answered since the 20 mins was up.
