Gopal Krishan

Gopal krishan is a very careless lawyer. He completely botched up my case which could have been handled in a very smooth manner. After getting his fee from me, he started behaving unprofessionally. He doesn't have knowledge about legal matters. He is only interested in making money through cheating h...is clients. I got in touch with some of his other clients who were equally upset about the total unprofessional behavior of Gopal Krishan.

We consulted with Mr. Krishan and based on his suggestion we went ahead and paid him $2500 on July 9th 2021 for assisting on a new conservatorship application. This was supposed to be the first installment of 2 payments. As of April 2022 there has been zero forward movement so we asked him to cancel ...the application. We are still waiting for a refund (it is over 30 days and we are being asked to wait). We have been told that the refund amount will be less as the hours spent talking to the attorney will be deducted (although as I mentioned above there was NO progress at all in the case and it was cancelled in the end).

I was a client to this attorney. No hire for divorce cases. Absolutely 0 work ethics, why? opposite party hires an attorney even when uncontested because of delay in the first document which took 3 months to reach. Then he would not respond to the opposite attorney and neither forward the hearing can...cel documents, on multiple requests from the opposite attorney, he would forward the document and blame that it has been pending on the client, which I hurriedly sent back next day itself. And there you go, another hearing cost because of his delayed submission to cancel unneeded hearing for uncontested. He is good at clarifying doubts initially, working professionally is not his forte. why? once hired, Won't reply for months after multiple emails or phone calls. He would take months to prepare documents to be submitted to the court and that too incorrectly causing the final court closure to be rejected. Then if you ask to make at least one document correctly, he resigns himself.
