I was referred to Mr. LoBue by family for a property tax lien dispute. We had a very complicated issue with the county of Santa Clara and Mr. LoBue was able to research the entire trail, contact several members of the county office, and provide a solid path to resolution. He executed on this with the... perfect balance of professionalism and compassion for our situation. I felt confident with each conversation I had and he was able to make something gray as black and white as it could get. We would not have been able to obtain the answers without him.

We contacted Joshua regarding a potential tenant-landlord dispute case. Joshua was very attentive and offered to review all the prior communications with the landlord to get a better understanding of the situation. After speaking to him, I got the feeling that he had actually read all the email threa...ds and had given thought to all the possibilities. He also addressed all of my requests one by one in detail, instead of trying to bundle everything into one vague response. While we did not succeed in building a case against the landlord, Joshua did everything I had hoped he would do, and he still came up with some ideas on the next steps despite the lack of a legal recourse.
