Very knowledgeable....Great experience working with Josh!!!!

Was looking for help with a private easement move....called around to a few attorneys and most were clueless to useless, with one advising that I should just move it and keep quiet. Josh took the time to hear me out, gave a clear plan for what needed to be done, got it done ahead of time and was able... to make the change recorded with no issues at all. Overall a great experience.
