Evan Martyndale Livingstone

Evan Livingstone has litigated cases in state and federal courts for 14 years, resulting in judgments and settlements up to seven million dollars. His practice areas include contract disputes, real estate transactions, mortgages, debt collection, dissolution of business entities, landlord/tenant disputes, mobilehome parks, financial elder abuse, will and trust disputes, employment law, personal injury, bankruptcy, and appellate practice.

Evan joined Wade Law Group after four years in the public service sector and a decade in private practice. Prior to his career as a lawyer, Evan was a high school history teacher.

Evan is admitted to practice in California state courts, Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. He is also admitted to the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of the California federal courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
