Biography
Mr. Abdalah has over 35 years experience in the areas of employment, real estate and business law, including transactions and litigation. He has written articles and given seminars to attorneys and organizations on a variety of legal subjects. He is a Superior Court Judicial Arbitrator and Superior Court Pro Tem Settlement Judge.
Mr. Abdalah received a B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis, and a J.D. degree and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He is admitted to the California Bar, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Abdalah served in the Santa Clara County Counsel’s Office from 1975 until 1986. He established his private practice in Cupertino in 1987.
Mr. Abdalah has served on the Los Altos City Planning Commission and Cupertino City Housing Commission. He is a member of the Cupertino Rotary Club. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Cupertino Educational Endowment Foundation, the Sunnyvale-Cupertino Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and the Board of Directors of the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce (President, 1997-1998 and 2015).

MY FATHER HIRED HIM TO REPRESENT ME ....EVEN THOUGH I AM OVER 21....I NEVER SIGNED A RETAINER AGREEMENT WITH ABDALLAH AND HE NEVER ASKED ME TO DO SO....WHEN ABDALLAH DID A DEPOSITION OF THE PERSON HE FILED AGAINST HE NEVER IMFORMED OR CONSULTED ME, THUS HIS DEPOSITION MISSED MANY KEY DETAILS TO WHICH...

Replied last October 10, 2016Over 12 years ago, Christopher's father hired Abdalah Law Offices to represent Christopher in a lawsuit. Christopher's father signed the retainer agreement and paid all of the legal fees. Christopher's input was taken into consideration throughout. Our firm tried the matter before a jury and received a verdict awarding to Christopher 100% of the amounts in dispute. We also collected 100% of the funds awarded to Christopher. Employment contract dispute
Mr. Abdalah successfully a contract dispute regarding employment of a care worker for my mother. We have also used him in the past to review a real estate contract. He is responsive, dedicated and someone we strongly recommend.
