Guided Me to Help

I phoned Andrew Shaffer about a Social Security problem. I knew that he would, most likely, not handle the case because it involved aspects of other government agencies that he did not specialize in. Yet, he returned my call promptly and was kind enough to guide me to help! I am impressed with his... professionalism and think that he is a wonderful human being!

A fortunate find

After a serious injury on the job I had many questions about what my future held. I had my employer's people telling me one thing, their insurance company telling me to trust them and coworkers telling me yet another thing. I ask a paralegal who I know the name of the firm they used for worker's ...compensation cases and she said without a doubt, attorney Andrew Shaffer. I asked an attorney who I had dealt with in the past who he would recommend for a worker's compensation case and he said attorney Andrew Shaffer. It was a done deal for me at this point. I contacted the law office of Andrew Shaffer in Sunnyvale and found an available, caring attorney. I had to contact him at first by email and phone, yet he was prompt in getting back to me. When I was able to meet him in person, I found him to be well versed in worker's comp matters and caring. He immediately pointed out an error in the insurance company's correspondence with me. There is no substitute for an expert. Would I recommend attorney Shaffer? Absolutely! I actually feel fortunate to have him help me in my time of extreme need. My experience with attorney Shaffer in a time of need exceeded my expectations. Upon a client's retention of attorney Shaffer, I have no problem allowing Mr. Shaffer to release my contact information. This is something I have never done in the past, yet this is how strongly I feel about attorney Shaffer. Warmest regards in your time of need. I've been there.
