If Proposition 13 tax protections are taken away from us and the greedy County exaggerates the taxation value of your property, the appeals process takes years, and you will need him on your side.

RES JUDICATA JUDGMENT IN LAWSUIT #1 - N0 POWER TO ENTER JUDGMENT IN LAWSUIT #2. 3) On Jun 13 2017, I hir...ed Dean Sutton who represents me an appeal of decisions in lawsuit #2. I already paid him $15000 but somehow he made a big mistake that he has abandoned my appeal case.
