also known as Jonathan Jackel
Mr. Jackel graduated Gonzaga University School of Law in 1981 and has practiced law in California since 1987. He has represented hundreds of individuals, businesses, non-profits, and employee associations in litigation, administrative proceedings, and transactions. His clients’ matters range from contracts to employment to real estate, torts and disputes between business owners. He is an expert in wage and hour cases and also judgment enforcement. Mr. Jackel is a problem solver. Legal problems are merely knottier (and perhaps more expensive) than other problems, but they are still just problems. He takes a pragmatic approach and tries to keep emotions out of the equation as much as possible.
Mr. Jackel volunteers his time as President of the West Valley Bar Association. He has also served on the Board of Directors and as a Vice-President for Temple Emanu-El and Jewish Family Services of Santa Clara County. He has also served on the Board of Directors for The Tabard Theatre Company and as co-chair of the Cardozo Society.

"I was on the opposite of a case in which Jonathan and his partner represented an employer. Jonathan was always very pleasant to deal with. He was professional throughout and when the parties experienced some bumps on the road to resolution, Jonathan worked hard to get those issues resolved."
