I hired Mr. Johannessen to represent me in a custody issue I was having with my ex-wife who had made some very serious yet false accusations against me. Mark was recommended to me. I was having a terrible time getting custody of my grandson whose mother (my daughter) has been in and out of drug rehab. She was so convincing with the judge but, as much as I love my daughter, I knew it would be a disaster if she gained custody. It took Mark a while to ...finally bring it to conclusion because each time we would go to court, my daughter, who is an articulate person, would make herself presentable. During that time I was a nervous wreck and was very confused about the inner workings of the law. Mark was patient and clear and a very strong advocate for me.
