Used up all the money I had.
Coincidentally, took my $5000 retainer, misfiled my suit, judge declined to change the suit and then he proceeded to attempt to bill me for the additional work that he had done to refile my suit. - which he never did. I had to threaten to sue him for malpractice to get him to drop his additional bill...

This attorney was given a $5,000 retainer to handle a probate case...he filed the initial paperwork and then completely dropped the ball on the case, causing one case to be lost and the other to go into deafault DO NOT USE HIM
