Biography
A San Francisco native and accomplished California-licensed attorney with over 20 years of successful complex discovery and litigation experience, I use the law to provide protection from creditor harassment and advise on strategies to achieve the best outcome for each situation.
I handle Chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy matters from pre-filing planning through discharge and post discharge litigation. I have litigated in administrative hearings, motions, and trials, and have conducted extensive discovery and hundreds of depositions.
My work has included drafting numerous motions, briefs and interrogatories. I’m a detail oriented, organized and innovative positive thinker who also sees the entire picture.
Admitted to practice in California, the United States District Court for the Northern District and the United States Tax Court.
In addition to the law I’ve investigated and practiced many disciplines to improve and maintain mental acuity, capacity, clarity, quickness and flexibility. From this decade long exploration grew the Save Your Brain Seminars and CD for attorneys.
