BEWARE WORST ATTORNEY EVER!!!!! If you’re interested in an attorney that “ghosts” you this is the guy! Four months into a very sensitive case involving a dementia elder parent and this attorney disappears. This is after disclosing personal information, many documents being completed I have been unabl...e to reach this attorney by email, phone messages and texts. I will say this attorney has no empathy no compassion and clearly does not care about his clients. The lack of communication throughout this entire case has been completely unacceptable. AND if you want to work with an attorney has no regard for safeguarding confidential information and doesn’t accept encrypted emails he again is your guy!! This attorney has no integrity and I hope no one goes through what I’ve gone through. It’s already been a tough situation and now to have to start all over is just devastating. If you’re shopping for an attorney KEEP SHOPPING you DO NOT want Darryl Yorkey!!!!!

Mr Yorkey just stood me up for a document signing meeting. I drove an hour to Berkeley and waiting an hour for him. He never showed up and never phoned nor emailed. Emailing with him up to this point has also been a bit difficult: It seemed difficult to get concrete answers from him for my questions.... Do NOT use this guy.
