Elizabeth Anita Cohee

I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.  I received my Masters of Finance degree and Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.  Before attending law school I worked for a number of banks focused on providing products and resources for local businesses.  In my capacity as an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer, I marketed bank services, conducted financial analyses and premises evaluations while weighing credit requests.  I also participated in branch audits and was involved with personnel management.  These activities contributed to the development of insight as to the needs of community-based companies, an asset that I employ in providing assistance to my clients.
