Excellent Appellate Lawyer

Paul D. Herbert consistently was a fierce fighter for me and people listened when he spoke. He proved himself to be a well-informed, excellent lawyer, and I recommend him whole-heartedly. Against all odds, he, with his years of experience and knowledge, was able to restore my verdict and the other si...de's appeal for retrial denied. I am so thankful he has been and still is my lawyer.

Simply the Best

As Human Resources & Agency Mgr. for a small insurance business, I would have been lost without Paul Herbert's legal representation and guidance regarding our business matters over the last 4+ years. As our Human Resources & Employment Attorney, Paul has consistently been sensitively responsive, keen...ly appropriate & specifically beneficial to our success in H.R. legal matters. In this day & age, it is paramount that businesses & individuals maintain solid, knowledgeable, just & compassionate guidance to lead us through the litigious and complex employment environment that exists. Paul has consistently delivered the highest legal services for us. We would & do recommend him to everyone - he is simply the best.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
