Ms. Desoer serves as an Associate Attorney withScott Cole & Associates, APC. She received her undergraduatedegree in Business Administration from the University of California atBerkeley’s Haas School of Business in 1981 and graduated with honorsfrom the Berkeley Law School (Boalt Hall) in 1985. While in lawschool, Ms. Desoer served on the editorial board of the InternationalTax and Business Lawyers journal. Ms. Desoer is admitted to the NinthCircuit Court of Appeals, and the Northern, Central, Eastern andSouthern United States District Courts of California.
In addition to expertise in the areas of employment law and classactions, Ms. Desoer has extensive experience in general andentertainment litigation. She is a member of the California StateBar’s Litigation and Employment and Labor Law sections.
