Mike was very helpful with my will and trust documents, in revising them to meet my own needs and preferences. He knew how to advise me with awareness and skill, how to hear my needs, and address them effectively. Not only did Mike prepare a complete and package of a living trust for me (revocable living trust, pour over will, power of attorney, advance health care directive, forms for putting my house into the trust), he prioritized my project, did his part on schedule, and gave me assignments so we could get... it done before my deadline of my birthday and leaving for a hiking vacation in Italy. He not only beat that deadline, he did it with kindness, thoughtfulness, and a sense of humor that made it easy for me to make the myriad decisions that those documents require. In addition, we had all our meetings on Saturdays at his house, which was in my neighborhood. This saved me a lot of time and I didn’t have to miss work. I did phone interviews with several lawyers, and Mike was the one I felt most comfortable with, and as we worked together, I realized that he is simply a genuinely good guy. As a bonus to all these qualities, Mike also happened to offer the least expensive package for this task. I recommend him highly.

I hired Mike after the death of my husband. Mike has been very sensitive and caring that I was grieving. Although I dreaded the depositions, Mike picked me up at my home, and he made me feel very comfortable. He returns my phone calls and emails in a timely manner and keeps me abreast of the proce...edings. Although the matter has not concluded, I know he has been very diligent in representing me.
