Matthew Roland Bainer

Matthew Roland Bainer serves as a SeniorAssociate for Scott Cole & Associates, APC. Mr. Bainer is anexperienced and successful advocate of employees' rights and hassuccessfully represented tens of thousands of employees, both inCalifornia and throughout the nation. Mr. Baineris a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law (wherehe served as Managing Editor of the Maritime Law Journal) and theUniversity of California at Berkeley (B.A., American Studies, Emphasison Urban Management).
