I met with Kristen in SF when my father passed away for my first consultation. She was very sweet and I felt I was in excellent hands. My fathers estate was very easy to settle. I did most of the work myself. All Kristen had to do was put two homes in my name and write a letter to two step siblings. She has made many mistakes and I had to call her and leave many voice mails and emails to alert her to the fact that she forgot to 1) send me the paper work for one out of the two houses she needed to put in my name. ( not that big of a deal) So I went to notarize the second set for the second time. I sent this second set back "weeks" ago and I am still waiting to hear from her if she received the fed ex with this second set 2) She never sent one of my step siblings ( the one I warned her about ) the email paper work about the trust, I had to call Kristen and tell her she forgot to send it 3) she gave me incorrect information about redoing my trust. 4) at the first meeting months ago I left important paper work at her office such as the deed to my home and other stuff and I have asked her to send it back to me 3 or 4 times. I still do not have the paper work.I don't ever write bad reviews but Kristen's lack of follow up has prompted me to do so. The sweet women who answers her phone said she is VERY hard to get hold of as well and has apologized to me. I am very frustrated with her lack of follow through and follow up. When she does call back it's like her hair is on fire.

As I reached age 65, I needed a plan to reduce my debts prior to retiring. I quickly achieved confidence in Kristen's ability to handle my situation based on her training, experience and detailed knowledge of the bankruptcy filing process. She recommended a strategy based on my unique circumstances, and the filing and discharge was accomplished as she had planned. Kristen offered flexible meeting locations and times, and most of the details were handled without office visits. Kristen was always courteous, informative and supportive in our meetings, and filed the original petition and amended filing in a professional and timely manner. I strongly recommend Kristen for anyone considering bankruptcy and debt reduction.
