Jonathan Charles Harriman

For my entire career, I have been an advocate and negotiator and have achieved excellent results at trial, arbitration, and mediation. I have worked on difficult cases involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities arising from car collisions, truck accidents, plane crashes, product defects, and bicycle crashes. I began my career representing residents of a Bay Area neighborhood that was severely damaged by a flood and resulting landslide. The matter went to a jury trial and my clients prevailed.

I fight vigorously for my clients in the courtroom, at deposition, and when preparing legal briefs. I enjoy getting to know my clients and their families and helping them navigate the legal system. I use my experience as a former defense attorney to present claims in a way that connects with insurers and maximizes my clients' compensation.

I volunteer at Balboa High School’s Law Academy where I teach juniors about the legal system, their rights, and how they can use the law to change their community. I am also a board member and volunteer attorney at the Coalition of Concerned Legal Professionals (CCLP) in the Bayview-Hunter’s Point neighborhood of San Francisco where I conduct free legal help sessions for individuals who cannot afford legal representation.

When not representing clients, I enjoy biking, running, and exploring California with my wife and son.
