Ian Van Leer is a blessing. I believe that God has appointed him to support me during this very trying period in my life. Ian has guided me through filing for Child Support Modification as well as helped clarify/resolve Child custody issues. My ex and I have played tug-o-war in the court room for ove...r 8 years. I've had another attorney representing me for the first 6 years and then I decided to represent myself last year. This year, I was fully prepared to go through the hearing myself (since I wasn't getting the results I wanted in the first few years anyway), but when my husband and I met Ian, we were both impressed. All the judge had to do was to ensure that both parties (myself and the other part) agree to the points Ian recited. So impressive. He's efficient, on time, professional, calm and more importantly.... he truly cares. I wish he represented me from the very beginning. We wouldn't have been in court for all those years! Ian was able to help my partners and I start our first business, and I don't know how we would have done it without him.
