About Henry
Biography
I have been practicing family law exclusively since I graduated law school and am a Certified Family Law Specialist. My approach to family law balances aggressive litigation with a focus on helping my clients make informed decisions as to how best to litigate their matter. This approach helps maximize the results for my clients, while keeping litigation costs as reasonable as possible. I have a knack for taking complex financial issues and breaking them down so that they are easily understood by both my client and the Court.
While handling all aspects of family law matters, I have recently has been handling cases that include complex financial issues including complex intra-family financial dealings, complex tracings, business valuations, and alternative forms of compensation, such as stock options and Restricted Stock Units RSUs.
As a parent of two children, I am very much aware of the emotional issues that are naturally present in custody disputes, school choice and day care issues, as well as the day to day needs of children. I have experience in custody disputes of varying levels, from disagreements over holiday schedules, to complex international move away cases.
In addition to his law degree, I also has a master's degree in community and social psychology, and a certificate in Domestic Violence protection.
