Experienced in all aspects of civil litigation: interviewing of clients, preparing of pleadings, written discovery, case management, taking and defending depositions (both expert and percipient witnesses), preparing and arguing law and motion matters, and settlement negotiations. Trial practice has included development of trial strategy, pre-trial preparation, witness preparation, motions in limine, jury instructions, trial briefs, voir dire, jury selection, opening statement, witness examination, closing statement, and post-trial motions. 

Legal experience with the construction industry has involved projects as small as residential remodels to large public projects such as water treatment plants, schools and bridges. Particular experience in delay claims. 

Continuing to build a practice specializing in consulting for the construction industry to control costs arising from claims through proactive planning and practices and in representation of sureties where a conflict exists with principal's counsel.
