Amazing Attorney - Highly Recommended

I hired Randy a few years back when I was arrested with very serious marijuana based conspiracy charges. At this time my life was falling apart and I needed someone with a clear head to sort through the mess I was in and help me make some rather important decisions. Randy came through for me in so ...many ways. She acted as my attorney, psychologist and friend all at the same times. From the get go, she laid out for me how she thought the case was going to play out. She had been through similar cases before and was very familiar with the laws surrounding my case as well as the prosecutors I was going up against. As my case continued to play out, I realized that Randy was correct in the beginning about how this was going to unfold. It was hard for me to believe that there was any way for me to not go to prison, but that was what she was telling me. Over the duration of my case I learned a lot about how the legal system works and it's nothing like what you typically read online. I learned that many cases come down to the working relationship between your attorney and the prosecutor. Judges typically go along with the recommendation from the DA or AUSA but getting to that point relies on how well the prosecuting team gets along with your attorney. This is where Randy came in huge for me. Choosing an attorney when you get arrested is one of the largest decisions you will make in your life. I interviewed a few and some were far more expensive, but I did think that more money was going to solve my problem. I found Randy to be extremely compassionate and her sincerity in wanting to help me along with her amazing track record is why I chose her and you should too!

Very Knowledgeable Lawyer

Randy Sue Pollock represented my husband in a Federal Indictment that he was involved in. My husband was facing a pretty lengthy sentence within the guidelines of 188-235 months in federal prison. Unfortunately he is considered a career offender. He was actually sentenced to 60 months thanks to M...rs. Pollock. The fact the Mrs. Pollock did not rush things and took the time to really get to know my husband made me feel as if she had his best interest. One thing I can say is that she will not give you any misinformation. If there is something she can’t do she will let you know. She is straight to the point and is very knowledgeable about how things work with the Federal court system. I am certain we will never need a criminal Lawyer again but I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a Great Defense Attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
