During World War II, the U.S. government detained my U.S. citizen grandparents because of their Japanese ancestry. Learning about this history and serving as my grandfather's caretaker inspired me to protect immigrants’ rights.

I interned for U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer and the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps. I also clerked for Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP and the Honorable Kristen L. Mix of the U.S. District Court. I received honors from Chambers and Partners, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and Martindale-Hubbell.

I completed a ten-day silent meditation course, coached basketball, and practice yoga. I serve on the Board of Trustees for the Nevada Bar Foundation and a racial justice task force.

Great Attorney

My family spoke with multiple lawyers. They didn't give us any clear answers. But, then we talked to Kyle. Kyle had as many questions for us as we had for him. He took the time to get to know our situation and then gave us a very detailed explanation of our options. He clearly takes the time to actually help people.

Professional and helpful!

An out-of-control car was in a big collison outside our house. Fortunately, everyone was OK. We had a lot of damage (including heavy flooding from a broken hydrant), so I ended up finding Kyle. He was extremely helpful during a crazy and stressful time.

Personal Injury Case

Comprehensive Help

Excellent Work

Highly recommend Mr. Morishita

I’m very happy to say that Mr. Morishita is an excellent lawyer. He helped my husband Miguel get his permanent resident card in less than 2 years. We had a tough case but Mr. Morishita did everything in his power to help us. Mr. Morishita is very professional, has great communication and is Always willing to help. I highly recommend Mr. Morishita. Below is a list of everything Mr. Morishita and his team helped us with. (1) Miguel’s DUI case was pled down to reckless driving; (2) Miguel’s criminal warrant was removed; (3) Miguel’s immigration application was approved; and (4) Miguel was released. Most Professional, Caring, and Honest Firm

By far the most professional, caring and honest firm. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle, he is a great human being, he truly cares about people. The reason he became an attorney caught my attention when I read his profile. Kyle listened closely, took notes and gave his honest opinion. We made the huge mistake of hiring a different attorney. But, Kyle still went out of his way to help us. It was too late for Kyle to take the case, but he still delivered the one on one attention and dedication that you don't find in any other firm.

Great immigration Lawyer

Negligent Mechanical Work (Car)

I worked with Kyle Morishita, for legal guidance on issue related to negligent mechanical work on my vehicle performed by a local car dealership here in Las Vegas.
