If you are contemplating marriage and have separate property assets or debts, it is an excellent idea to speak with a lawyer in advance and see if creating a pre nuptual or pre marital agreement is appropriate in your circumstances.
I have been in the Bay Area my entire life and have grown children and a young grandchild. Family is very important to me and that is why I am drawn to the practice of family law, as I believe our familiies and relationships are what matters most to most of us and that the well being of our children comes first anytime there is a breakdown of the adult relationship.
My hourly rate is $360 per hour. I offer a comprehensive office consulation for a flat fee of $200.
