I couldn't have asked for a better attorney! Prior to working with Mauricio I was referred to another attorney in the North Bay and being that i had no knowledge of how to even go about filing BK I decided to go with the first attorney that was referred to me. My first impression of this attorney was...n't great. I didn't get that "trust" vibe so I decided to do my own research for other attorney's. I found Mauricio on Yelp and all I have to say is I'm so glad i switched attorneys! Mauricio is personable, trustworthy, reliable...the list can go on and on! He will not dissappoint you. Filing BK is a huge deal so it was important for me to find someone who was actually going to work with me and guide me through the process. Mauricio did exactly that! He made sure to call or email with an update on my case which was great because I didn't have to wait around or call him a million times to follow up. Overall Mauricio is a great attorney and i will definitely refer him to anyone looking to file BK.

There are no two ways about it, bankruptcy is an unpleasant experience that most people would rather avoid. However, working with an honest professional like Reese, who takes a genuine interest and makes you feel like your case is his top priority, made the whole process almost painless. Reese is a ...class act and a most importantly, a good person whose only objective is to help you through this difficult situation. Although I can honestly say, that while I hope to personally never use Reese's services again, I strongly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves having to file bankruptcy. atty mauricio gave back our peace of mind again. he made our bad situation manageable. From start to finish he gives updates on which step we are on.
