I was a little apprehensive, but I felt I should at least call and ask him questions and then make the decision as to whether or not I should move forward with bankruptcy. Once I signed, the paperwork was promptly filed. Prior to my court appearance, we reviewed a questionnaire which definitely prepared me for the Trustee's questions. At the end of the process, I felt as if a very heavy load had been lifted from my shoulders. I am now debt free and beginning a new life.
