Going through a financial trouble is very stressful and sometimes you just dont know what to do how to get back on track again. I was a little apprehensive, but I felt I should at least call and ask him questions and then make the decision as to whether or not I should move forward with bankruptcy. Once I signed, the paperwork was promptly filed. Prior to my court appearance, we reviewed a questionnaire which definitely prepared me for the Trustee's questions.
