Thank God that I called Reese! I had called a couple of other attorneys and left messages but was feeling VERY uncertain about the process (combining BK 7 with divorce is very confusing!) Reese called me back and made me feel TOTALLY at ease, not rushed, and not pressured. He is awesome - informed m...e of all steps of the process, gave me gentle reminders when needed, and always made sure that I had understood what he had said. The BK process was simpler and gentler than I had expected. Reese is caring and compassionate - all for a great price! Wonderful!

I struggled for many months as to whether or not to file bankruptcy. I really did NOT want to do it as I've always paid my bills and had a good credit score. Circumstances happen in life that sometimes force us to make decisions that go against our values. My options were to continue struggling wi...th my debt or step out of it and start over. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney! Prior to working with Mauricio I was referred to another attorney in the North Bay and being that i had no knowledge of how to even go about filing BK I decided to go with the first attorney that was referred to me. My first impression of this attorney was...n't great. I didn't get that "trust" vibe so I decided to do my own research for other attorney's. I found Mr. Ramos after countless consultations with other attorneys who just didn't fit the bill. I spoke with attorneys who say me as nothing more than a name and attorneys who wouldn't ...even meet with me in person without paying first. Mauricio Ramos is the best of his kind. Mr. Ramos, from the first phone call, made me feel like everything I was going through was temporary and that he would see me through to the very end, and he did. Mr. Ramos never made me feel like I was just another client and I always felt as if I had his full attention and that although he had other clients, I mattered most when it came to my case. I have to say that my only regret is that everything is now over and I can no longer look forward to his coaching and uplifting words; although he calls from time to time to see how things are going and to greet me during the holidays. Mr. Ramos was always pleasant, promt when answering or returning phone calls and very thorough during every step of my case. Mr. Ramos has been like an angel to help those of us in need of his services and if you chose to have him help you with your financial difficulties you will feel nothing short of prepared when filing, confident during your creditor meeting and liberated when you recieve your notice of discharge.
