Mauricio Alberto Ramos

I found Mr. Mauricio ("Reese") Ramos on Craigslist. I was a little apprehensive, but I felt I should at least call and ask him questions and then make the decision as to whether or not I should move forward with bankruptcy. After speaking with Reese, he sent me an email explaining in detail what is... entailed in filing the various Chapters for bankruptcy. He also memoralized what we had discussed during our telephone conversation. I sincerely appreciated the email as the significance of the bankruptcy process became very clear to me. I decided to move forward with the bankruptcy process. During the entire process, I was ushered through with a complete understanding. I didn't feel like my world was falling apart. Thanks to Reese. Reese is an individual that is extremely patient and communicates clearly. He always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. (He even called me while he was on vacation with his family to advise he would call upon his return.) You should know initially I did not have the funds to pay Reese or the Bankruptcy Court's filing fee. Reese allowed me to save the money and send it to him until his fee and the filing fee were paid. During that time, he did give me assignments to complete with respect to gathering the information needed to assist him in preparing my bankruptcy paperwork. By the time I had paid his fee and the Court's fee, he was ready to begin preparation of my bankruptcy paperwork. We met and he clearly explained the paperwork. Once I signed, the paperwork was promptly filed. Prior to my court appearance, we reviewed a questionnaire which definitely prepared me for the Trustee's questions. At the end of the process, I felt as if a very heavy load had been lifted from my shoulders. I am now debt free and beginning a new life. This experience has made me more aware of how I view credit and I look forward to building a good credit history in the future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. MAURICIO A. "REESE" RAMOS. I could not have done this with out Mauricios help. Mauricio explained to me everything that was going to happen step by step and assured me that there is light at the end of the tunnel. He is very professional and really takes time to get to know your case. He was able to answer all of my questions ...and kept me informed on the progress of the case.
