did not have the knowledge to take my case but continued to charge me

We were sorry to hear that this client had a negative experience with our office and the services rendered. Without violating any attorney client privilege, the immigration issue presented in this client's case was very complicated and accordingly, there were multiple considerations when determining the best path to resolution. Our office steadfastly communicated the complexity to the client, both orally and in writing, in order to present options to the client, none of which the client choose to pursue. When the client ended the engagement, it was represented to our office that it was on good terms but they wished to take a different approach. As a courtesy to them, our office promptly returned all fees that were paid. Therefore, while we wish that the client had been more satisfied with the information provided, the factual circumstances are different than represented in the review. We wish this client the best of luck in the future.
"I endorse this lawyer. I practice criminal defense. Whenever my cases have an immigration issue associated with them, I work with Rafael Climaco. He knows the law well and does a great job with the clients. I recommend him without hesitation."
