I contacted Ms. Kelly to assist with a dispute with a prior landlord. When I moved out of the landlord's property, the proposed refund of my deposit did not match or even come close to what I was told during my move-out inspection. Ms. Kelly was able to quickly get through the details of my issue, an...d drafted a letter to the landlord citing appropriate state law and tenant's rights.
