Mark W. Kelsey

Mark Kelsey is an Amazing Lawyer. I remember I faced charges for driving without a license and some for disorderly conduct. Very few attorneys gave me the respect or time to consult upon this. Mark Kelsey was different. Mark did all he could within the law and had my case postponed. He managed to get... me off with a minor fine which I gladly paid. I was young, 19, and reckless at the time. Although this was over eight years ago, I am thankful for him. I recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney. Mark will fight tick and thin for you. My family has hired other lawyers, but none are as good as Kelsey. Mark is more committed to providing results than making a profit. I suggest him because he is a rare breed to find.

I have to say Mark is a quality attorney he may be a bit new but he does know what he is talking about and understands the law.
